We Ship worldwide, with exception of brands/designers offering only US shipping   and offer fast free shipping on all U.S domestic orders.  

Most orders ships from the U.S, some items ship from Europe.

All orders are shipped with tracking and notification on process and shipping.

 

bohojeans.com currently only charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York State.

International Shipping:

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  All duties and taxes and brokerage fees if applicable shall be borne the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by UPS and USPS to our customers.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, with exception of brands offering 7-day *(see complete list of brands offering 7 day)  during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 or 7  days accordingly from when the item was received, for a full refund.

We also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should e-mail us at support@bohojeans.com

We will instruct you on where to send the returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of Boho Jeans.
