Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, with exception of brands offering 7-day *(see complete list of brands offering 7 day)  during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 or 7  days accordingly from when the item was received, for a full refund.

We also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify once the refund applied.



Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bohojeans.com and send your item.
We will send you via e-mail instruction and address as to where to send it.


Shipping returns
To return your product, you should e-mail us at support@bohojeans.com

We will instruct you on where to send the returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
