RED AND BLACK INTRICATE PAISLEY AND FLORAL HAND BLOCK PRINTED COTTON FABRIC WITH NATURAL DYES FROM ARTISANS IN INDIA
Hand Block printing is a century-old Indian art form and a hand skill practice that involves a lot of hard work and the production process is painstaking and manual utilizing natural dyes and vegetable pastes. In the making of this printed fabric, a hand-carved teak wood block is dipped in plant extracted dyes in black and red and stamped by hand onto the soft cotton fabric.
